[L4D] Fast download is possible?

Welcome. I was wondering if it is possible that in L4D was the possibility "fast downlaod". I want to add custom maps to the server and when the player will connect to serwer then will start downloading missing files. Or if that is not possible to get at least to show the player the link from which can download the map.

Campaigns and maps don't download for L4D and L4D2, you need to download them manually.

And it is not possible to set up in some way in order to work fast download ?
