I have these setting
mp_endmatch_votenextmap 1
mp_endmatch_votenextleveltime 20

At the end of a match and the map switches I see:
1) the scoreboard with the players on my team with some stats
2) Icons for ten maps to click on to vote.
3) the server console will print that it has picked the next map and and this next map is the next map as listed in gamemodes_server.txt the map group that I have.

If no one votes the next map is chosen randomely and it is NOT the next map in the map group as stated in the server console.

Does anyone know of CSGO settings where the next map will be the next map in the map group if no one votes for a map?

Note:
All "built in" sourcemod plugins are disabled on my server.
The only smx files I have in the plugin folder are my own
and none of them mess with the map rotation.
