I want to be able to add steam ID's to a config and have those people have different things on the server like a seperate Model and Green Text how can I do this?

Look at a premade plugin's source code. My "Clan Tag Checker" plugin would be a good example.

Yep, listen to v3x. I've seen that plugin run, and on a server I see admins with nice cool unique models and they glow pretty colors.
