[CSGO] Cvar to make server appear as 'official'

Hi!
I am looking for a cvar, or a plugin anything, that makes the server appear as valve's official dedicated server.
inb4 Its possible since ive seen it on couple of servers, theres a proof

Its very important for me! This feature would be huge, it can benefit servers by allowing players to connect to server from main menu since most of the people have cl_join_advertise set to 1

it's not a convar, it's a plugin =)
