You probably want to ask: oh no, this is another teams manager plugin? why?
And I will answer why!

This plugin adds more feautres to default 'jointeam' command without blocking it!

What it does?
It allows admins to change teams without delay and any restrictions (not '1 team change per life', nor mp_limitteams behaviour)
Other than that, it allows clients to join team if map doesnt have enough amount of spawnpoints after team selecting.
And yeah, for normal users everything working as default!

ConVars:
sm_jointeam_immunity <flag> - If flag is specified (a-z), users with that flag will able to change team without any restrictions
sm_jointeam_silent <0/1> - Whether or not suppress a message when player changed team. Examle: 'Player is joining the Terrorist force'

Notes:
-It will not work with Insurgency
-This plugin is supporting overrides - jointeam_override

Can you add teamswitch commands/menu? So admins can force someone to the other team, because not many plugins can do that without restrictions.

Also will plugins like gscramble put you back on your team?
