"models/props_lab/powerbox03a.mdl" is part of the HL2 content which is installed with CSS, DODS, and TF2 servers. Check you're hl2 directory instead of your css directory and it should be there.

Ok ... I have found the right model
... but I doesn't work!!

I think it needs to be recompiled, because there could be a hl2-path in the .mdl ?!

No. The engine always looks for files in the mod directory first, then in the hl2 directory.

I know it works because I took a screenshot of it. Your problem must be something besides the model not existing or being in the wrong directory. Type sm_tripmines_model in the console (or via hlsw) and make sure the path shown matches the correct path exactly (starting with models/)

I didn't mean the engine ... I talk about the path written in the powerbox03a.mdl

I copied all the powerbox03a files from the hl2-server into the diretory of my cs:s server.

after that I write all these files in a download-list.
The download works, but the tripmine stays pink

If i made a custom tf2 style tripmine model can you impliment it into this plugin?

also how hard would it be to specify only engineers can use this?

Re-read my post because you missed the point. YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING TO USE MODELS IN THE HL2 DIRECTORY. If the model is pink it's because you either moved it to a new location without recomipiling it, or you are missing some files. If you have CSS installed you have the HL2 models. Nothing else is necessary!

Yes they would work. The files would need to be added to the download table, which could be done with another plugin or by adding a few lines of code to this one.

aww pity on the team killing aspect to this plugin, hilarious none the less

64 n00bs x 3 mines = a lot of team kills

Also it has weird effects on other entity's, look at the crate in this picture:



This was an amusing 6 player kill

Hmmm .... but if I only use this on my CS:S Server:

sm_tripmines_model "models/props_lab/powerbox03a.mdl"

Everybody can see the right model, but still in pink ... also a pink model in your first script version.

I couldn't find the powerbox-model in my whole steam-directory (on my pc) ... neither in the gfc-files

Yeah the Physics get messed up if you use too many of the mines, don't know if this is fixable. When you walk into or shoot or anything with movable objects they start bouncing all around the map.
