splewis retakes problem

Hello everyone
i have problem with my retakes server
i have server with 12 slot and ingame T-5 VS 7CT how to fix that to make T-6 vs 6-CT

if anyone who has server on 12 slots who can send me their retakes csgo/cfg/sourcemod or
addons/sourcemod/configs/retakes missing them

hope someone who can help

goto - csgo/cfg/sourcemod/retakes

and edit
