It´s a shame offical downlaod is still 1.8.2, but you need the version 1.9, my linux server will be crash, when i install the old all in one version with 1.8.2.. i already text the dev team.. i still wait for an answer, hope they change the version on the official download page..

Yea, I've been having issues with players and bots stuck at spawn randomly during the map cycle. Hopefully, a complete wipe of the server and an update from 1.9 will resolve it.

Alas, updating the AMX Mod X program did not resolve the spawn issue. Back to the drawing board! I will admit 1.9 does feel more stable than the previous version and am glad I installed it.
