Your host makes things pretty awkward to follow through the backend, as they don't have proper RDNS setup and Accelerator does no direct association of IPs with crash dumps.
But if you're crashing every half-hour, I'd say things aren't hitting Accelerator at all:

The only thing I can really suggest is keeping one open looking at the console and see what it spews on crash.
