Just after click OK on welcome message box
How did you try to install? (Local, ftp, etc)

I installed MVB5 but it dosent help.

Still looking for news on this issue.....helllo?......i went and tried this on my laptop which also has xp and sp2 and it came with the same above mentioned foul up....HOWEVER, i went and d/l(installed) to my older Win2000Pro(fully Updated) system and it works beautifully, and im a happy new server guy=) which is cool, only it owuld be neat to fix the probelm eh?

So why not take away the damn installer from downloads until the prob is solved?And there are not "a few" who have probs with it,its a lot of ppl who does,getting run-time error 5

version 5.1(build 2600.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158: service pack 2
installed it from ur site
is it because its amedia center i downloaded ur file it still didnt work everytime i click ok the runtime 5 error appears
