Probe "DRoiD Mapchooser 2.33!" but it has a bug that at a certain time does not allow anyone to enter the server, it does not allow to choose CT or TT. leaves you only spec!

any solution?

If you have an issue with a plugin, you should post in that plugin's own thread. If the plugin does not exist on this forum, you'll need to attach the .sma file.
