Alot of my players in my server, have complained about some really bad rubber banding.
They have good pings (5-15), the server is on lan. Only the server operator/admin doesnt have rubber banding.

Except only the clients have the teleport problem. We tried it with plugins. Then reinstalled the server, we tried it again without plugins.
Still the same. Is this the hoster's problem?

But problem could be your network or players network (example wifi, mobile 5G/4G/3G connection, etc. etc.)

hm well the lag is still there, with/without the plugin.
me and the bois reinstalled the server today so everythings clean.
only sourcemod left, and the lag is still there.

This one is weird because we tried every network (wifi, mobile 5G/4G/3G connection, ethernet, even a network that doesnt have any data) The rubberbanding is still there.

The teleporting did not go away when i remove the plugin.
Is this a rates problem?

rates can be a problem yes. if the players rates are set to low, high choke, lag and rubber banding happens. when i use rate 100000 i got ~40% choke and laggs, lower than 100000 i get rubber banding.

set your sv_minrate higher at least at csgo's default value 196608 and ask your player which rate they use.

...what I have seen few years back, players using wireless connections, it is very shitty. Even wifi-lan connections.

If we compare to new games, those server updaterate is 30 or 60.
