i need to find a way to get my build script to update the version number in the sp file.

EDIT: I tried putting the version define

#define VERSION "0.3"

at the END of the source file but the compiler didnt like that either. Running out of ideas here....

Could you please explain to me how this mod works in detail... Does it allow for public users (non-admins) to use hlss during these times, or does it cut them out all together? Does it allow the approved admins with in the time limit set or do admins with the over ride always get access?

Thanks,

If an admins has access to the sm_hlsson command, they can use hlss any time.

If you use the time based thing as well/instead anyone can use hlss during that time.

EDIT: If the times do not work, check the times on the box, if your host is in a different time zone you may need to apply offsets.

Thanks, that's awesome. I figured out the time problem myself. I was entering the cvars into server.cfg; I didn't realize the mod created it's own allowhlss.cfg file. Simple conflict.

May I make a request for the future?
I would love to have the ability make it so public users can "never" use hlss, and have it so approved admins are limited to their times of use.

The ability to limit how long an hlss sound byte can be, would also be awesome, but I know that might be harder to pull off.

Thanks for the awesome plugin! Keep up the good work,

I was just updating all the plugins on my server for SM 1.3.1. I recompiled the plug-in using latest compiler. I'm now getting the following errors:

L 03/27/2010 - 01:23:59: [SM] Displaying call stack trace for plugin "allowhlss.smx":
L 03/27/2010 - 01:23:59: [SM] [0] Line 135, /home/groups/sourcemod/upload_tmp/phpTQQlq9.sp::setClientsHLSSAccess()
L 03/27/2010 - 01:23:59: [SM] [1] Line 87, /home/groups/sourcemod/upload_tmp/phpTQQlq9.sp::OnPluginStart()

Any ideas?

Note: Due to the engine updates, this plugin is currently BROKEN for tf2.

All server admins running this plugin, please disable it until a new version of sourcemod is released.
