Pure version of the tank warp system,no particle,no sound,no any other functions.just this!

Cvars:
tank_warp_enable (1/0) = Is Tank Warp enable? (0:OFF 1:ON)
tank_warp_interval (20.0/60.0) = Tank Warp Delay (Default: 20.0, Must bigger than 5.0. for server's balance and other reason,I suggest set to more than 10)

got bugged when used this plugin with super tanks or last boss "extend" plugin (`! 0 .0). When the tank warped, their health back to full health again, and they auto change form (supertanks can change form? ya!, they automatically change form to another tank whenever warped to survivor, and they get full health back again even though survivors already shot half of his health)

I don't know what about SuperTanks but LastBossExtend already have this

Hey, I think that tank warp based on time is not a good idea (I THINK). Can you make that tank warp because of the distance from survivor ? That tank trust warp when he far from survivor
