This is a request by fearts.
It allows players to toggle between team-only and public voice chat (with players who have also enabled public voice chat) with the !voice command. However, this command cannot be used if the player is dead.


voicetoggle_default_setting: Do we enable public voice chat by default?
voicetoggle_global_ondeath: Do we make voice chat global when a player dies?

Maybe for a future update you could add cookies to save whether or not a client had toggled the chat?

I like it, thanks a lot.

If possible could you add a option to force it to all talk when a person is dead. This would stop people from ghosting and such.

If you add a save client prefs option please add a cvar to use that or not. I'd rather it reset so people don't forget they left it on and are confused as to why no one can hear them.

Yes. I have added the option. They can still disable it afterwards, unless you want them to not be allowed to toggle when dead.

I have not added the option to save the preferences because I believe it may become a problem; A player connects, misses the message that tells them all talk is on, and then proceeds to talk strategy.
