Router/Modem
go to your ip thingy http://192.168.X.X
just make a Port if you have v1.42.2 go to Accesories & Gaming to do it. then go to your Dedicated Server or hlds. and use the same port you made after that go to http://whatismyip.net then go to your ingame and type your ip that you got from whatismyip example XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:1337
1337 is an example port

Nope i have no router.

i;m not here to help but would say to yoda you talk all like, theres no router ip in the pictures so that can't be the problem, just try a different port.
