How do you get fastdownload on a server?

You get a server (not your game server another one that will handle players downloads), makes a copy of your cstrike folder (only files players need to download)

add sv_downloadurl "http://mysite.com/cstrike"
in server.cfg (in cstrike folder) and restart server

There is free ones but you often get problems but you can try for example http://000webhost.com
But theres alot of them.
If the ones you try dont work then you might consider buy one.
