Your file structure are the same as my, with one different my metamod/bin Folder has 12 Objects (*.dll)

and yes the Main directory has srcds_run, and i have full admin rights on my Root (Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1)

Now it works i made an Mistake with the vdf
Now Metamod and Sourcemod Runs Perfect.
GoreMode Works
Only Joinsound and Roundsound doesn't work
