Is there a simple way without recompiling the module to change the monsters models and such other properties like sounds and their react to players. They act sometimes weird. A support would not be bad to get for example automatically frag + money without running a plugin for this.

You would need to write a plugin for this or recompile the module with the changes you want.
To do it with a plugin, you can use Orpheu to hook and modify the monsters actions.
