When player join my dods server,than random crash~~*

my server has crash sometime,and than no any error message~~
but srcds console is pause now!!!
so who can tell me,why does this happen??

When adding custom models on server, you could get error, dialog box. This pause srcds from crash.
Use this command line, to stop showing error dialog boxes. SRCDS can reboot.

-nocrashdialog
Stop some windows crash message boxes from showing up.

OK !!! i tried !!! but I have tried to turn off all extra sourcemods before, and it remains so ~~~
my server uses rcbot2 !!!

rcbots has chrashes when bots leave and join sometimes, key is key bot count low that works the best for me. about 9 max.
