Go to configs find zm_vip.cfg open it and find this :

zp_vip_jumps 2 // How many jumps can player do in air.

zp_vip_allow_jump abd // Allow multi-jump: a-human. b-zombie, c-survivor, d-nemesis. Write letters of classes witch you want to affect.

And add in vips.ini the flag a for human b -zombie...like how its says up here.
Where is the red number edit how many jumps 1, 2, 3, ....
Example : "Name" "pass" "flag"

Parachute use this ( i bet you use zp 4.3 ..anyway works for zp 5.0.8 too with compatible plugin :
