i have two questions that about alomost chinese fourms. (included mychat)

1. why need member ranks? (威望)
2. is mychat a portal site? (members count of mychat: 610482 位會員, its biggest)

mychat sucks -.- i've look around CS插件区, they're not upload .sma files. It means they're retard. almost people doing that.
