Came up with an idea, not very original but i think either usefull or funny. How about modifying a anti-camping plugin to instead of playing a disturbing sound - give em tinitus.
My guess is that when a camper, listening to the tinitus-ish tone for a period of time will have eventualy a hard time trying to focus.
