Server Query-IP get banned

Hey dudes,

for my webpage I'm using the gameQ - ServerQuery scripts.
Using this script on a server WITH sourcemod, the IP from which the request is send, the ip gets banned.
First I thought, it's the antiflood-plugin. But I started one server with sourcemod with any plugins:
14:42:55 sm plugins list
14:42:55 [SM] No plugins loaded

But the ip still gets banned.
On a server without sourcemod the query-script works fine.
Any ideas?

Does the script try to use rcon? If so, you may have specified an invalid rcon password, and it's tripping the automatic brute force IP ban.

it is not using rcon
i think so
grep -Hr rcon * -> no result

DO NOT BAN the ip!!!

on the server, which bans, sm version returns:
