Hi to all who read this thread. I am unfamiliar with Source Engine so forgive if this sounds silly to some but will the new Source Engine 2 allow players to play with others cross-platform meaning people who has Steam can play with people who have xbox 360 and vice versa?

Right now, the only Source 2 game is DOTA2 which is PC (Windows/OSX/Linux) only.
