Best HLTV rates for demos

So I noticed some hltv demos are very laggy and some are very smooth. May I know what rates were used for smooth HLTV rates like ones on fastcup? tq have a nice day. I saw this before but lost the thread.

Rates were already suggested for this issue in your previous thread (post #7).

by this the demos look a lot 'smoother', but will also increase their size a lot.
