Can't believe nobody did that before
You should check, if the sound file exist before setting that cvarlock. Don't know how well the engine takes bad paths when precaching sounds. Use the same path you add to the downloadables for checking.

Hey sounds like this plugin could be really great for me.
I read someone wants a sound for every individual person.

Isn't it possible to instead of check for adminflag check for steamid?

If you post the source of that plugin we could enter the steam ID we want and the correct soundfile, then compile it ourselves and we will have individual sounds, correct?

Not sure if this is correct, just thinking aloud.

I would love this for my clan to use on the training server.

1 Problem. Plugin works but only after restarting the server. When the server changes the map plugin crashes it means not playing music when admin joins a server . In the console it's no error. Any Idea what's wrong?

Sounds (and everything else) need to be precached again for every map. You should move the precaching and adding to downloadables into OnMapStart and just use and cache whatever string is set in the sm_adminjs_path convar then.
