TF2 plugin alter request

Can someone alter this or strip it down so I can apply the image to a player thru a whole round vs just at the start or ending of a round?

The intention is for duck duck goose sorta game play.... tag a player for fun with say something over their head as a target reminder. Would be applied towards a contest of sorts but yes I agree would suck as a spy lol

Still though I figure I'd ask...

Could make it hide it for spies if they are cloaked and make a minigame out of it without too much difficulty.

Ehh that may be too much to really fool with but would leave that up to you - just figured the plugin was already created it just needed to be stripped a little and adjusted to allow the sprite to stay over head thru a full round.

Yeah the more I think of it, it would prob be best to be able to restrict it to only attacking classes vs have it hover over top the player as a sniper or spy.
