How do i make "mp_timelimit 30" the default command instaed of "mp_timelimit 0" on every map because my rtv plugin depends on the timeleft. I've created cvars on 2 different files, amxx.cfg and cvars.ini but when i launch the server the default time is still 0 which means that the map as unlimited time... can someone help me fixing this?

You should put it in server.cfg or whatever file is specified as your "mapchangecfgfile".

That means it is getting set to zero somewhere else. Check autoexec.cfg and all of your plugins.

I dont have any autoexec.cfg file, should i try to make one? if yes should i put it on the main folder of cstrike or in the config folder of amxmodx?

No. If it doesn't exist, don't do anything.

It must be getting set from somewhere. Another file or by a plugin.

Try to set it after first round start with amx_cvar and then wait for some minutes and check if it has changed and if did then the problem is a plugin which changes it with a task repeatedly .
