Now, I do not see anything wrong that could cause your problem, it is stranger, so the only approach I can think is a clean install to your server and client.

Well, this solution is just for an extreme case, there is a lot of approaches, here is another example, you can start just disabling everything at metamod and amxx, then see if it is working, hence goes slowly (half by half) enabling things and see if it is working until you find it not working.

1. Do clean install and test, if the default installation is really working properly.
   
   
2. Next, install half your plugins/maps, and test if it is working.
   
   
3. • If it not working, that means that some of that half you just installed is breaking it.
   • Now you need to do another clean install, and to install half of that half which you just installed and broke your server.
   • So, repeat this, until you find out which plugin(s)/maps(s) is screwing your install.
   
   
4. • If it is working, that means that some of that half you just installed is not breaking it.
   • Now you need to install the half of that half that is remaining to you install on your server.
   • So, repeat this, until you find out which half(s) is screwing your install.
   
   
5. • This is a quick procedure, for example, if you have 1000 plugins/maps your server, at the first moment you would eliminate 500 plugins/maps.
   • But could be complications that could let to take more time, if there are bad plugins/maps on both first 500 half's.
   • However, this is very less possible to happen.
   
   
6. If you have trouble to understand it, see another similar approach to this.

Nope, as i said i don't like the idea of encrypting resources

Well, i will try at night a clean install.. hoping to solve this issue... i couldn't perform it these days, i just changed the IP and im trying to hook all the players from the old IP to the new one...

The problem with this issue is that it is random.. kind of hard to debug it especialy when all your plugins depend on each other...

Well, i tried clean reinstall, didn't work
Couldn't do the half and half plugin operation since all the plugins depend on each other..

I'll try at night again to see what i can do, its pretty messed up because it happens randomly...
I think i will try again to install dproto for steam, now the latest version, for security in case of any exploits, because i saw some russian IP trying to connect to RCON
I will enable the security plugin again
I will update amxmodx 1.8.2 to 1.8.3 and replace in the model api the fakemeta way with the cstrike native, since i can't change it manualy in every plugin because i lost the source of the old addon

Could it be because of the engine version? it is the latest build, 6153...

Then its your hosts fault. not your server if it never happend before with the excact same files you used for your old server.

OR you simply made a mistake with the new server.

OR players are dumb, and blame your server.

Might be, but i'm the only one with this problem and there are 200 customers...
Plus nobody had any problem with this company before.. it is the most trusted company in romania

Maybe there is something that is not compatible with the latest version of the engine... =\
Well, i'll try at night to go with 1.8.3... I always had problems with 1.8.2 on linux

Plus, 1.8.3 has good support, if there is any bug encountered, it is getting fixed in couple days..
