It reported with my server internal IP address (Steam Module).

This usually happens when the server is running on your own computer.
Even though you shouldn't do this in the first place, this and this should help to work around it.

yeah it's on my computer but he is working on 2 different servers on 2 different machine and Internet connections (both are hosted locally).
I still can't buy servers, thanks for the answer going to test if it's work with me.
EDIT2: -ip externalip
crashes my server on startup

When you have a chance, can you compile the messagebot extension against the latest SM snapshots to fix compatibility with the latest CS:GO update?

I recommend you to use the new web scripts, they give you more detailed error messages instead of codes and can be downloaded here.
The client isn't really helpful in finding out errors, you have to open the script in a browser to see the error as "explained" here.
If you can't see anything on the website, you may have to use the 'Show source' function of your browser. Common errors are explained here.
You can also message me your url and key you've set in your client via a private message and i take a look at your page.
