Also, I think I remembered to test without plugins and the issue was still happening.
I was unaware of that. Kinda sucks....because np++ has a bit of potential if it wasn't so buggy.

You are referring to Arkshine's version right? I've never had issues with Notepad++.

2 days and i ran into 3 rather bad bugs in 2 plugins. Some fatal. Pretty buggy to me...
Its kinda making me sad that most of the pawn compilers are sub-par. AMXX-Studio is the best i've used yet. And even that doesn't stand up to netbeans or eclipse.

Yeap! Lasted Arkshine's version got crazy sometimes. Tested on two PC and sometime is freeze/"crash"/blocked at the end of file (don't care about the size of file).

I confirm it. Not sure why. I think I will take the latest source and will redo again all the modifications properly. Maybe something has been changed/added/removed. Meanwhile use older version or use the original NP++ version.

I could add SourcePawn as internal language, but not sure if I have some motivation left for more...

@People who have crashes : By default, the original NP++ has the "Clickable link" disabled (MISC tab), and my edition I've enabled it by default. The point is, I've tried to disable that, and now it doesn't crash for me. Some people can confirm it ?

Updated to v6.1.5.

Notepad++ changes :

Plugins updated :
  • SourceCookifier v0.7.3
    Changelog
  • Code Alignment v6.0
    Changelog
  • NppExec v0.4.3
    Changelog
  • SherloXplorer v0.3
    Changelog
  • Task List v2.0
    Changelog

Important : To avoid a NP++ bug where it freezes suddenly, if not done already, you will have to disable the clickable link feature.
Go to your settings > MISC tab ; and in the Clickable setting, unticked Enabled.
As note, it's now disabled by default in this edition.

Tested fastly, and it seems to work fine.
Sorry for the delay.
