Fun, fun, more updates!

For L4D2:
You must update to a new snapshot of SM for everything to work properly, 1.3.5-hg3052 or 1.4.0-hg3134 (or any later). This fixes the issue with kicking players mentioned in the following couple posts.

For L4D:
You must update to new snapshots of both MM:S and SM. There were SDK changes (undocumented again, ofc) that required recompiles.

If you still have issues, it is very likely due to a 3rd-party plugin/ext. Attempt to narrow down the exact one and post on the thread of that plugin or extension after looking for a solution in posts dated today or later.

sm_kick is not working, at least not by the sm_admin menu

Psychonic you suggest stable or dev branch version? That problem with dev branch in windows server that get a terrible lag, change map take about 2 minutes is gone?

Stable, unless you have one of the few plugins that require the dev version (I know there are a few L4D/2 plugins out there that do).

I don't know of any difference between the two that could have even possibly caused something like that to begin with.
