Ok guys. This has Full L4D2 Support and can be played in ALL modes and on ANY mutation. I fixed the bug that kicks players at the end of a campaign and defaults back to c1m1_hotel. I also added Blood Harvest, Death Toll, Dead Air and Crash Course to the list.
Delete sm_l4d_mapchanger.cfg (Let it create a new config)
Place sm_l4d_mapchanger.txt into addons/sourcemod/data
Place sm_l4d2_mapchanger.smx into addons/sourcemod/plugins
It will create a config file inside sourcemod/cfg folder. I uploaded mine with the settings you should be using.
