same problem, i cant seem to move, keyboard and mouse (with the occasional 'look around') seems to be non-responsive when in the game (im restricted to only Shift+tab and Ctrl+Alt+Delete and Alt tab), in the end i usually end up ending left4dead2.exe process

Does somebody know of an alternative to this plugin for L4D1? I only need bots in versus mode. This plugin always crashes my server after 1 map.

All right testing it again, I think I know what I did wrong before. I had max infected bots to 10 but boomer, hunter and smoker together was on 11. So I set max hunter 4, max boomer and smoker to 3 and now it seems fine for 1 campaign so far

I enabled debug anyway in case it goes wrong again.

I get the same problem and it happens to other people on my server as well. When I join the Infected it works a few times. Then the keyboard locks up and I cant move. Can someone please elaborate on what I can adjust to fix this. I play on servers with this plugin all the time. So I know its possible. Thank you.

This plugin is broke for me too. Why dont you track those servers down thru gametracker and ask their admins ?

Same here...

Had random Server crashs with this plugin everytime i tried it on my 8vs8

With plugin:
10+ crashes a day

Without plugin:
none for weeks

Hi, I was wondering what this line does:

l4d_infectedbots_adjust_spawn_times "0"

"If 1, The plugin will adjust spawn timers depending on the gamemode, adjusts spawn timers based on number of survivor players in coop and based on amount of infected players in versus/scavenge"

Does it mean that, in coop, if you have fewer players (say 2 remaining), it will halve the number of special infected spawn, while if you have more (say, 8 on an extra survivor mod), it will spawn twice as many? I am playing with z_common_limit 3000, so the survivors are already having enough trouble with common infected alone.

In addition, for the following line:

l4d_infectedbots_tank_limit "0"

Does setting above the value of 1 (say, 3) increase the number of times the tank can spawn on a map, even if it has already spawned once (i.e. tank spawns at start, then spawns at middle, then at end again)? Is there a similar command for witches as well? The tank and witch no longer spawn after the first wave has been triggered.

Linux; L4D & L4D2; MetaMod 1.8.6, SourceMod 1.3.7; latest version; auto generated l4dinfectedbots.cfg; no errors in logs; coop mode
Sometimes, when people connected or disconnected!, timers are stopped and nothing happend (At the beginning of the next level all timers works normal). Now use version 1.9.8 without problem.
