You have to use sm version 1.5.0 or higher.
You can also try the new metamod snapshot. meta version 1.9.1.

Do the models work correctly with CS:GO? They downloaded correctly, but display as an ERROR sign. Let me know if it's just me.

4 Parachute Modifications :

sm_parachute-grav-fix - Fix for eladnava's gravity fix (Gravity was global instead for each client).
sm_parachute-no-tp - Parachute with gravity fix, without using teleport (No more drops ).
sm_parachute-no-grav - Parachute with teleport, without using any gravity (Only tiny diffrance).
sm_parachute-no-tp&no-grav - Parachute without teleport & without using gravity (Recommended).

NOTE : All made by me (CoMaNdO).
NOTE : This is not a hotfix it is a modification, don't put it with another sm_parachute!
NORE : Recommended to rename it back to sm_parachute (was renamed because wanted to expain each one ).
