[Rise]

I've set up a dedicated server (with srcds) and installed everything as you normally would. Put sourcemod and metamod in the same folder, made a .vdf for metamod, etc. The first red flag was when "Team Fortress 2" would show up as the gamemode instead of Freak Fortress after I tried to install the Freak Fortress 2 Unofficial version. The server would not detect the mod no matter what, I'd spawn a bot and end the round intentionally but Freak Fortress never started. I tried installed more plugins such as the RTD:Revamped. Upon entering "rtd" into chat nothing happened, I tried "!rtd" and "/rtd","/rtd" did work, however, nothing happened and the SRCDS console gave me this "Unknown command: sm_rtd". Even though if you type "sm_rtd" into console you can see rtd, rtd2 and all of its commands. Only "!admin" seems to work.

Is this an issue with my sourcemod or am I just installing the plugins wrong?
Currently running the latest versions of: TF2 itself, Sourcemod, Metamod, TF2Items, TF2Attributes, Steamtools and all of the plugins.

Things I've tried that didn't work:
1. Reinstalling Sourcemod and Metamod
2. Reinstalling all of my plugins
3. Changing sv_pure from -1 to 0
4. Removing Freak Fortress 2

EDIT: The console gave no other errors besides RTD not working.

What are the paths relative to TeamFortress to where you are installing it?
Also, what comes up for these:

meta list
sm exts list

I was able to fix it. Turns out I had them in a completely different folder for some reason.
