Im running surf server, and when there are 1 player only, if second player join another team match will restart. Is it any ways to disable this match restarting thing?

Which game?

If it's CS:GO, it's likely because Warmup Rounds are enabled... set

mp_do_warmup_period 0

...although I'm not sure which config you need it in on CS:GO (likely gamemodes_server.txt)

mp_do_warmup_period is 0 for me. Im running cs go server with gameserver_casual config.
Its not warmup actually. If im alone on server game is running like a usual. But after second player join another team, match restarting.
