Screen Overlays

Description:

I'll upload some custom overlays later...

Allows admins to broadcast custom screen overlays to players. Includes a config file so you can customize the time the overlay stays on players' screens and the sound the plugin should play when the overlay is selected. (Sounds are optional) Using custom overlays will require you to use a download manager.

Commands:

• sm_overlays (Open screen overlays menu)
• sm_reloadoverlays (Reloads screen overlays from config)

Is there a way to make it so the overlay image doesn't fit to screen. Right now if you have a 512x512 it stretches it full screen depending on resolution and distorts the image.

Describe (if it is true) CS:GO is not compatible, so not any.

CS:Go r_screenoverlay is client executable only.
I doubt this would work in dota too.
