What's the use case of this plugin? It doesn't seem like a good solution for any problem.

If a plugin hasn't loaded that's probably because it's missing some extension/plugin dependency. Forcing it to load isn't going to solve the problem and only spam the error log. I don't see why anyone would write something like this. You have a plugin causing problems you're trying to solve? Fix the plugin to not crash.

Late loads or an error that causes the plugin to crash would jeopardize the mod/server you're playing on, it'd revive the plugin rather than keep it down.

If a plugin has been unloaded due to some error, i don't consider it wise to force reload it. This plugin may cause more problems than it intends to fix.

I can't see how this would generate more problems? Its intended to keep the plugins running as long as possible till the plugin gets fixed. In a populated server, you don't want your players to just go away because your plugin is down from a minor error. If the error is severe it wouldn't load, thus this plugin is here; this will temporarily put a bandage to the problem till it's fully fixed.

What "minor" error would cause a plugin to fail? Please describe exactly the situation you are intending to fix. This is not a solution, fix the plugin in question.

Like I said, it's not meant to fix the plugin but rather keep the game going, sure the plugins will spit more errors, but at least it's playable. The errors that might occur due to SetFailState or some abnormality in a plugin in a certain event or etc.. There is no way I could list you the reasons why a plugin would fail.

It's a bad idea because SM will just spam your logs with 'plugin failed to load (see error logs)' error (due to some critical error).
