The Guards and Prisoners are in the Ratio 1. When Guards Spawn , Press E button to become the Warden(Only 1 Warden each round) , If you are selected as the Warden, Press E for the Warden Menu to issue new Orders, The Prisoners have to follow the Wardens Commands, If the Prisoner does not follow the Wardens command , He will become a Wanted Man and his Color will become Red , Guards can kill Wanted Prisoners(If your hand has blood on it , It means you are a wanted Prisoner.
Each round is for 5 Minutes, These 5 Minutes are like 1 day in prison, Automatic time simulation. Prisoners get up at 7:00 am, If the guards dont open the door , It will automatically open at 9 o’ Clock. 12-14 o’Clock is Lunch Break, During Lunch Break , Your Hand and Clothes color will turn Green , This is a free time so you can disobey the Wardens commands. At 14 o’Clock , you must return to the Labor Camps. 18-22 o\’Clock is Dinner Break, Dinner Break is the same as Lunch Break.During this time the lights are turned off and the Map is all black indicating that it is time to go to bed (You have higher chance to kill the guards). 22 o’Clock is the end of the 5 minutes round.
When the riot starts and you are a prisoner , Kill a guard . Then the system makes u a Guard the next round. or When you connect to the server , You can choose CT team , The system will automatically use the ratio 1.
If you are the warden , You will be able to issue the following commands from the Warden menu (Press E to open)

I made this jailbreak mod without modify from old JailBreak extreme of ultimate version. This jailbreak like the sorpack jailbreak server but i created more thing… Just like: Zombie Infection at Day 13. and more… command

[Warden’s Commands]
① No Movement:Stand Still and dont move.
② Crouch :You can move around while in Crouching Position, But you cannot move up and down the stairs , If you move up or down the stairs , the system will automatically make you a wanted man.
③ Continous Jumping :You Should Jump Continously.
④ Assemble:If the Warden issues this command , There will be a Red Light Blinking . You have to go to the blinking light.
⑤ Penalty Copy:The Warden will enter few letters , The prisoners must input the same letters as the pope , You have
15 seconds time. If you enter the wrong text the first time , You can re-enter
the correct text again.
⑥ Mathematical Problem:The System will Randomly Give you 2 numbers to Add , Subtract , multiply or divide. You have 15 seconds time.If you enter the wrong answer the first time , You can re-enter the correct text again.
⑦ Self-Injury:You have to injure your self , you must reduce atleast 1 value from your hp
⑧ Kiss: 2 Prisoners required in Each cell, Both must stand Face to Face at close range.
⑨ Human Pyramid:2 Prisoners required in Each cell, 1 Prisoners should stand on the other Prisoner.
⑩ BrokeBack Mountain: 2 Prisoners required in Each cell, Both prisoners must stand with their backs facing each other at close range(Back to Back situation)
⑾Imprisonment Reasons:You must input the reason for your imprisonment.

You've released several Dias' plugins recently. Does he know about this, do you have his permission? Are you able to support these plugins? Why didn't Dias post these himself?

IIRC, the license allow you to do anything with the source code if you have it, so Dias permission is not needed.

Yes, the GPL does it. However was said people can request a special permission.

Looking the code provided, there was any license explicit. On USA law, it states copyrighted work by 'Dias' as the author stated on the file. However, were stated here that:

Then or Dias requested a permission to fully use his working as copyrighted and under his fully control, or he did nothing and the source is by under the GPL licence.

Moreover, from my understanding of this phrase above: "and Small plugins are not linked." It states that every 'normal or big (not small)' plugins source code are by default not copyrighted and then he must not to have explicit permission from 'Dias' (as it is a small plugin source code), unless the small plugin source code had a GPL licence statement, as there are on some plugins around here. But there is not any GPL license statement on the source provided, so he can share despite 'Dias' authorized it, or it is even considered fair use or a big/normal plugin.

So beyond that, mostly only remains one question:

PAWN was named Small at the beginning, so small plugin does not mean small in terms of code, but pawn plugins. I will probably Ask bailopan about this.
