CSGO has added one feature that CS:S doesn't have
It is the ability to 'take bomb' by pressing the E key!

But, for some reason, I want to cancel that feature.
Like CS:S, the bot takes the bomb and plant the bomb, and if it dies, it drops the bomb as normal.

I've been looking around for a cvar that looks like it and a hidden cvar, but I can't find it.
When I use sm_cvar net_showevents 2, it shows the related events, and I tried to return Plugin_Handled;those events with no effect.

Could anyone point me out how to do it?
