Not sure if there is still support for this mod but I noticed a couple of bugs. First off, it seems that you can put a teammate into last stand even if friendly fire is off. I'm running a plugin that increases knife damage and one could put another teammate into the Last Stand mode by knifing them (not sure about gun damage).

Also, I could probably get the Last Stand sound from CoD4 if you want it.
