Of course it depends on server hardware.

But the server could lag even it is not too loadaed.

No he didn't. He wants to benchmark plugins - or more importantly - monitor their impact on the normal operation of a game server

Looks like the dumbest way to ask a question, no question marks other than the first post, but the first post makes no sense anyway...

Maybe by load he means what you said, impacts performance.

The easiest way to monitor is to do just that, monitor.

Load them up one by one and see what really impacts server performance.

I can tell you that the base plugin packages arent going to effect server performance on a large scale, if at all. You mostly need to be monitoring how 3rd party plugins (ex. User created plugins) effect your server's performance.

As you stated earlier, however, it all does come down to how the server itself is configured.
