Double Broadcasts (rank, place, wins, etc)

lol im stupid, fixed by applying this fix: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=246712 then restarting daemon.

#EDIT# - Restarting the daemon causes the text to be printed once but as soon as the current round ends, everything prints twice again. I do not believe it would be efficient to constantly restart the daemon.

I'm running a server with HLStatsx:CE version 1.6.19 and believe I installed everything correct. The only problem is all broadcasts broadcast twice. If I type rank this happens:

Okay, I solved the problem. For anyone who has the same problem I basically ran the daemon status thing in my command line (./run_hlstats status), stopped it on my website and then restarted and reloaded it. It apparently closed a stale daemon on port 27500.

#EDIT : I rest my case. The problem persists. Reloading the daemon temporarily fixes the problem but as soon as round end, everything prints twice again.
