Hello guys ! I want to modify the NOTD STORE( http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=166660 )

But there's some file i need to change . ( ...\cstrike\addons\sourcemod\scripting\store )
There's 3 files , buymenu.inc , menu.inc and sql.inc .
I want to modify buymenu.inc , so i open it with notepad++ and modify what i want. I save , and restart my server , but nothing change.
Do i need to compile ?
How can i modify these files ?
