Place commandmenu.txt in
"C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\[email protected]\co unter-strike\cstrike"

Make Sure You Have A Key Binded To VGUI Menu (+commandmenu)

no i just tryed it it works fine just put the file in steamapps\uremail\condition zero\czero and bind a key to vgui menu (like said already) o and btw it is very handy cause it covers things the amxmodmenu dosent

Im updating it with more stuff now, so far i updated more maps, next ill try to make a rollout that u can select a play and choose tp slap,slay,ban or kick him in the menu itself, hope it will work
