Not working anymore it seems, tested today in CS:GO.
Plugin loads successfully but none of the proposal commands dosen't work properly.

Was able to make it work without using SQL.

The issue is that even if someone proposes it wont show in your list, so unusable as is, not sure what is wrong looking at the code...

Did some experimentation with SQL, the tables are created with KaeMing's fix but there's still the same issue afterwards.

Sounds like an awesome idea for a wedding invitation card. I'd advise my brother to send some to his friends. He's having a big day in a month with poptop suppliers. They'd give him the greenlight, I suppose.
