[Any] Fake Connect/Disconnect Messages

This really simple plugin creates fake connection and disconnection messages (x left the game, x has joined the game).
There are 2 types of Fake Disconnect, one that goes with real clients and ones where they aren't.

Commands:

All commands are set for admins with the CHEAT flag.

sm_fakeconnect <name> - Fakes that someone connected to the game.
sm_fakedisconnect <"player"> <reason> - Fakes that a real client left the game with a custom reason.
sm_fakedisconnect2 <"name"> <reason> - Fakes that someone left the game with a custom reason.

Examples:

Example of anything as name in connection (sm_fakeconnect)
