Yes you need to set up the bind in your options first.
A key is not bound by default to the askconnect_accept

i binded that in consol client side and i still cant get the f3 to appear for me and a couple other players. but have some players that have never bound it can still hop between servers. any suggestions? im running the 0.8.2 version still the same problem i tried both versions!

Its for Css. but yea ive tried both versions it works for some players and doesnt work for other players

Yes that is what i have it set to! any other suggestions? i do run an autoexec for my configs in game for better/smoother gameplay is there a certain config i could enter that would enable me not to be able to see the f3 to connect to different servers. also works fine for some other players who dont have that binded like that! and didnt have to manually bind it either. ive manually binded it myself and i cant get the to connect press f3 menu to pop up

any other suggestions onto fixing this it still wont work correctly for me and some players i just dont get the menu that pops up for f3 i get the other menu to select the servers and i select one and it says im going there but it doesnt move me and doesnt give me the f3 menu to switch servers is there a way to bypass the f3 menu and when you click on the server is just redirects you?

Would anyone know how to change the [HOP] bit when it the server advertises the server and says [Hop] Server Name (24/24) ? I want to change the Hop bit to Excl Servers
